Whether you're stepping into the weight room for the first time or refining your swing in the cage, this program is built to support long-term athletic growth and proper technique—setting players up for success both on and off the field.

🏋 Training Facilities
Explosive Edge (Airdrie)
- Full weight room
- Indoor batting cage
- Mondays, 4:30-6:00 PM
Crossfield Curling Club
- Defensive drills
- Pitching development
- Agility & conditioning
- Wednesdays, 5:00-6:30 PM
👥 Coaching Team
- Coach Darryl Pui, Director of Player Development, leads batting cage sessions at Explosive Edge and the work at the Curling Club.
- Certified Explosive Edge trainers guide athletes through strength and endurance training.

🎯 Who Should Join?
Athletes born between 2007 and 2013 who are ready to train with purpose and push their performance to the next level.
💰 Program Fee
$650 for the full 10-week experience. Performance Athletes interested in also participating in the Winter Prep Camp and 2026 Season evaluations will be given a 50% discount code to participate in those events.
